Cost of license to residents, one dollar; to non-residents, fifteen dollars. It is unlawful to hunt on enclosed or improved lands of another without the written consent of the owner or agent. It is unlawful for any person not a citizen of the United States to hunt, catch or kill any wild game animals, wild game birds or wild game fowl or have in his possession fire arms for such purpose or fish for fish, frogs or turtles. It is unlawful for any unnaturalized foreign-born resident of the State to own or keep a dog of any kind in this state. That you cannot hunt the various birds and animals or catch any fish except during the periods which are set out below: Elk - No person except the owner shall kill any elk in this State for a period of ten years or until 1923. Deer - No person except the owner shall hunt or kill any deer in this State until October 15, 1923. No person shall hunt or kill deer with dogs in this State at any time.
