On motion the Secretary was instructed to have printed for distribution amongst the patrons, members and contributors the various Reports together with the proceedings of this meeting. On motion the several reports were accepted and ordered to be entered on the minutes. The polls being closed the President announced that the several nominees were duly elected for their respective offices.
