Floyd R Hoffman Collection PDF Download

The Floyd R. Hoffman collection contains materials regarding his service in the United States (U.S.) Army during World War I. It contains Hoffman's copy of The soldiers' diary and note book with autographs and addresses of men from Headquarters Troop, 1st Army Corp and one diary entry for 17 April 1919, the day Hoffman sailed for the U.S. The collection also includes two military passes, a message from the commanding general of 1st Army Corps regarding their release for return home on 25 March 1919, magazine pages, a news clipping, sheet music, two photographs of unidentified mounted soldiers, and eight photo postcards of U.S. Army soldiers in France during World War I.
