Fish and Wildlife Service, issued from 1965 to October 1970, and those of the National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, issued from October 1970 through 1974. In October 1970, the Bureau of Commercial Fisheries was transferred from the Department of Interior to the Department of Commerce and renamed the National Marine Fisheries Service.
