This historic book may have numerous typos and missing text. Purchasers can usually download a free scanned copy of the original book (without typos) from the publisher. Not indexed. Not illustrated. 1922 edition. Excerpt: ... real trust in Him at all times and under all circumstances. "Heaviness may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning." The eye for instance, does not see. It is only an instrument, a more perfect telescope with living instead of dead lenses, through which the living person sees. So too even with the brain. It too is an instrument just as the eye is. It is not the brain that sees and feels and hears, but the living person who sees and feels and hears through that wonderful instrument the brain. What life is really in itself the wisest man of science cannot tell us. He simply does not know, ...
