"Existing Land Use Study: the purpose of this study is to provide a basis for determining the current population distribution and provide information for the land use plan, zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations and other development elements of the comprehensive plan for Long Beach. The study includes the condition of structures, the current use of each parcel of land and the land use development pattern of the community.
