Essayenya, from fifth dimensional Sirius is in love with Mosteenya, the leader of the Galactic Council, from 12th dimensional Lyra, but because of the differences in vibration between these two dimensional worlds they seem destined to remain apart. They are to decide how the new hu-man should best be created.
