The mouth and teeth, being the entrance to this canal, are without doubt its most important parts. I need not dwell on'the importance of the part played by the mouth and teeth in the process of digestion. What I do wish to lay stress upon is the condition of the teeth 'and oral cavity and the effect of these conditions on the health and happiness and possibilities of service of the individual.
