About the Author Daniel Reany is a coordinating producer for the Christian Broadcasting Network, and a freelance writer. He lived in Cairo for three years, and regularly travels in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and creative writing from Penn State, and a Master of Arts in anthropology and archaeology from the American University in Cairo. Daniel is a member of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, an honor bestowed by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
