Excerpt from Natural and Cultural Resource Management Plan and Environmental Assessment: Crater Lake National Park, Oregon, 1986 The Resource Management Plan and Environmental Assessment for Crater Lake National Park discusses proposed actions for managing the natural and cultural resources of the park. The environmental consequences of the proposed actions are discussed in the Environmental Assessment portion of the plan. The Environmental Assessment indicates that no endangered or threatened species, floodplains, or wetlands would be adversely affected by the proposed actions. In addition, because the proposed actions regarding the cultural resources are conceptual, they have no potential impact on properties currently registered or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Prior to the implementation of any cultural resource projects which may affect properties currently registered or eligible for the Register, the views of the Historic Preservation League will be requested and all applicable laws and regulations applied.
