Explorers are known for the journeys they take. Rosie McKnight explored the vast nonphysical dimensions of consciousness. With famed out-of-body researcher Robert Monroe, she helped to further the understanding of human consciousness, and to demonstrate beyond doubt that we are more than our physical bodies. Many of these pioneering sessions are presented here almost word for word, as they were taped, along with her warm and inspiring observations of Bob Monroe and the early days of The Monroe Institute (TMI). Here are explorations of non-human energy systems, interactions with highly evolved beings, concepts about the makeup of the many levels of the universe, views of the afterlife and the animal dimensions, the nature of healing and guidance, a look at the future, and much more. Here is the pursuit of the true meaning of science fearlessly mapping wherever the inquisitive mind takes us. Through the courage of Rosie McKnight and other explorers at TMI, we are given, as Laurie Monroe writes in her introduction, "a clarity of perception and a sense of the greatness that is beyond our everyday life."

Rosalind McKnight was one of the first, and most successful, researchers to work with Robert Monroe and The Monroe Institute in Virginia. She spent eleven years doing research in a laboratory setting. With the help of Monroe and his Hemi-Sync technology that put her into altered states of consciousness, she explored and reported on various levels of non-physical reality. Her first book, Cosmic Journeys, described a visitation that she had in her earlier life by an energy form that she calls Radiant Lady. When Radiant Lady first appeared forty years ago, she said nothing, leaving McKnight wondering about the purpose of her visit. In 2003, Radiant Lady suddenly reappeared, announcing to McKnight that they had a mission to accomplish together. Radiant Lady acts as "tour guide" into other dimensions where McKnight meets non-physical energies who share their own personal experiences of the dimensions which they inhabit. Written for every soul on the planet, these unforgettable adventures emphasize that all of us have angels and spirit guides waiting to help us discover the inner workings of the multiple worlds in which we exist and to which we will all one day journey.

Download The Cosmic Journey in the Book of Revelation Book in PDF, ePub and Kindle
Joel M. Rothman considers the significance of cosmology in biblical and extra-biblical texts, and the role of the cosmic journey in many apocalyptic narratives. He posits that Revelation's narrative likewise takes the hearer on a virtual journey, through a cosmic story-space of great theological significance. While scholarship commonly assumes a three-tiered cosmos in Revelation, Rothman argues that Revelation's narrative operates in a four-tiered cosmos, with the hyper-heaven sitting above the sky-heaven, earth, and abyssal depths; a cosmic story-space that is recreated in the imagination of the hearers. Beginning with a methodology of visual narrative reading, Rothman then discusses the assumptions and existing conceptions regarding heaven and earth. He stresses that Revelation does not exhibit tension in its portrayal of heaven - between heaven as a site of conflict and heaven as the realm in which God truly reigns - but rather shows readers a sky-heaven characterised by archetypal conflict between powerful sky-beings and a hyper-heaven defined by full recognition of the Throne. In journeying through the sky-structure and God-space and by analysing the four cosmic layers in operation, the distinct nature of the two sky-spaces, cosmic change and the ideological import of the cosmic structure, Rothman demonstrates that the existence of the hyper-heaven - in contradistinction with the limited lived-cosmos of earth and sky-heaven - is a present guarantee of the final cosmic transformation that creates a new space for human life, exclusive of imperial draconian elements.

Download Time Journeys Book in PDF, ePub and Kindle
Is time an endlessly repeating circle, or is it a descending path leading to decay and destruction? Is it a uniform stream, or is it made of tiny discrete parcels? Drawing from literature, biology, philosophy, psychology, and theology, this intriguing work explores each of these possible models and relates them to our own subjective impressions of time. Theoretical physicists are now striving to unlock the very structure of time itself. But the quest to understand time has never been the exclusive domain of science. From the Hindu notion of cosmic rebirth to Stephen Hawking's recent studies, philosophers and scientists alike have sought to answer time's riddle. Here is the first accessible, math-free introduction to the competing models of time that demonstrates how today's theories mirror ancient debates over the "shape" of time. This book explores such provocative concepts as synchronicity, time travel, black holes, and artificial intelligence. It probes the ultimate questions of science and philosophy, surveys the frontiers of theoretical physics, and finally, demonstrates how our own personal views on mortality must affect our choice of a scientific model of time.
