The symposiumwascomposedof twotracks:Theory andApplications/Te- nology.The opening lecture was given by Avi Wigdersonand eight other invited plenarylecturesweregivenby EricAllender,ZurabKhasidashvili,LeonidLevin, Pavel Pudl´ ak, Florin Spanachi, Limsoon Wong, Yuri Zhuravlev and Konstantin Rudakov, and Uri Zwick.
