"Project Overview; With the adoption of the Monroe County Urbanizing Area Plan in December, 2015, the County initiated the next step of plan implementation. This "Phase II" of the planning process furthers the vision by developing a set of design guidelines and zoning requirements that wil ensure new development, redevelopment, and property improvements will appropriately coordinate with the land use and development design intent for the Urbanizing Area.
