The Teddycats made it out of Cloud Kingdom with nary a scratch, and it's all thanks to our hero, Bill. But adjusting to life in Horizon Cove isn't exactly easy, and the fact that the Teddycats know next to nothing about surviving in the wild doesn't help. Everyone's looking to Bill for guidance, but he's not exactly a wilderness expert himself. So what's a young Teddycat to do? Lucky for Bill, the Teddycats aren't the only animals in Horizon Cove: their new neighbors are a flock of odd but hospitable tropical birds who call themselves the Pets. The Pets are more than happy to help The Teddycats adjust to life in the jungle. They even agree to be their pampered new friends' survival coaches until the rainy season starts and they have to fly off to a drier climate. But when the telltale signs of rains come and go, the Pets start acting strangely, and Bill is convinced there's something afoot with his new friends. If Bill doesn't get to the bottom of it, the Teddycats might not just lose their new home-- they could lose everything.

A two-toned, three-taloned claw paw has been sprawled in aerosol across walls around the world since the early 1990s. One of the first writers to use an icon as her throw up, CLAW is of the rarest breed: the female graff King. Not content just to beat the boys at their own game, CLAW also designs her own clothing line, Claw Money, as well as a jewellery and accessory line, literally creating her own street style. Bombshell explodes all preconceived notions about the icon many have seen but few have known.

CLAWS Journal: Vol. 13 No. 1 (2020): Summer 2020 While planning for the CLAWS Journal Summer Issue 2020 was in progress, the world was, and is continuing to fight a different battle altogether—‘a faceless enemy’ in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Issue also occurs at the time when a series of transformations in the world in terms of conceptual understandings of various phenomenons, precedence of non-traditional securities over conventional ones, challenges and threats to strategic assets emanating from advancement in technology, empowerment of social media as the fifth state, etc. are at the forefront. All of these changing dynamics are noteworthy especially from a land warfare perspective. This Issue contains 10 articles and 3 book reviews pertaining to wide areas that require attention of political analysts and researchers as well as practitioners. While the topics covered are wide in variety; there is diversity in authorship as well. The Journal presents a perfect mix of authors from different fields such as: Former Army Commanders, veterans’ practitioners, and academics. Such a blending will provide a holistic view of the issues highlighted in respective articles. The Journal is composite, contemporary and committed to provide researched papers on diverse subjects.

In this engaging volume, Daniel Gardner explains the way in which the Four Books--Great Learning, Analects, Mencius, and Maintaining Perfect Balance--have been read and understood by the Chinese since the twelfth century. Selected passages in translation are accompanied by Gardner's comments, which incorporate selections from the commentary and interpretation of the renowned Neo-Confucian thinker, Zhu Xi (1130-1200). This study provides an ideal introduction to the basic texts in the Confucian tradition from the twelfth through the twentieth centuries. It guides the reader through Zhu Xi's influential interpretation of the Four Books, showing how Zhu, through the genre of commentary, gave new coherence and meaning to these foundational texts. Since the Four Books with Zhu Xi's commentary served as the basic textbook for Chinese schooling and the civil service examinations for more than seven hundred years, this book illustrates as well the nature of the standard Chinese educational curriculum.
