Excerpt from Central States Numismatic Society Auction Sale: Hotel Pfister, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; April 26th and 27th, 1941 This sale will be a public sale, the highest bidder to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the lot in question shall be resold immediately. Mail bidders will receive the same consideration as persons attending the sale, for I will act as your personal agent and execute your bids at the lowest possible figure. The terms of auction sales are strictly cash and must be paid for immediately upon receipt of material. Bidders not having established their credit with me must send a deposit of at least 25% of their bids or they will not be entered. There will be no charges for executing your bids. You pay only the cost of post age and insurance. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
