Any National Historic Landmark that is found to be endangered, that is, threatened or already damaged, is included in the annual Section 8 Report. The Section 8 Report also contains recommendations for the preservation work that is required to retain the characteristics of the property that made it eligible for designation as a National Historic Landmark.
