All of us experience times of joy and sorrow, times of success and failure, and times of doubt and certainty. In our lives on earth, we need to ask ourselves why we are here and what purpose does God have for us. Life is a journey. In my life, I have had the moments referred to, and my guiding light has been a belief in God and Jesus, his only begotten Son. I am not a priest or preacher, but I do have some experiences that each of you readers can relate to. My purpose in writing this autobiography is to tell you about them and hope that they will interest you and, if you need it, help you in troubled times. Modern times are truly testing all of us, and many people have turned away from God. This is a sad occurrence, and I pray that my book will convince some of you who have doubts that God does love us, cares about us, and will help us when he ask for it. God bless you, and I hope my journey will enrich your faith. Without that, we are like a ship sailing with no compass.

My love of poetry pulls me back to my pen and paper for there seems to be no end to the things I want to write about. Life is poetic in many ways, the happy times and even sad events in life inspire me as they did to write my first book Memories Forgotten. I hope poetry lovers all over will enjoy reading my second book of poems, The Poem Reaper, as much as I enjoyed writing it. My writing is about real life and imaginary things. It is also inspirational as well as funny, including poems that children and older ones alike will enjoy. Life is like a field that is ready for harvest and I gather all the events around us and put them in poetic form. So if you enjoy reading about life and the life around us then you will enjoy the reaping of the seasons of life as I see it and wrote about in this book The Poem Reaper.

Alexandra Delis-Abrams Phd, author of Attitudes, Beliefs and Choices The journey into the soul of this book begins with a child searching for the perfect gift to give to her father. We soon discover that this is the yearning of the child in each of us: to give the perfect gift to ourselves, and to others. How shall we give what we value most, not just once, but moment by moment? Its a treasure worth sharing! Alexia Parks, author of Hardwired 10 Traits, Chairman 56percent.org How quickly the pages turn in Peggy Warrens Gathering Peace.
