The findings of the survey conducted among healthcare experts indicate that the prospect of new entrants is perceived as a strategic opportunity to engage in healthcare management. The aforementioned observation suggests that the advent of blockchain technology has expedited the progress of the competitive landscape. The findings also suggested that the incorporation of blockchain technology into the supply chain has the potential to improve both transparency and resilience within the supply chain. Overall, the findings of this study can assist stakeholders in devising effective plans and methods for leveraging blockchain technology to improve transparency and resilience in supply chains driven by blockchain.
