Reach beyond space and time. Mingle the magic and wisdom of ancient societies with the hard science of modern quantum physics. Grasp the full depth of a many-dimensional instant universe described with geometry based on a world vision seen through the eyes of traditional cultures. The momentum of reality is in essence a "point of view" that includes all phenomenal objects and all forms of energy-as well as cognition, emotions, the laws of physics, the flow of time, the individuated self and causality. All of this exists, but in a much different fashion than how we typically understand it to be. However, it can be understood using a "different physics" based on ancient world views. "Beyond the Box of Space and Time" deconstructs physics as we know it, and then reassembles it as a new paradigm. The book, in three parts: PART I: THE ANCIENT COSMOS Recalling a lost tapestry of reality: The ancients called it a survival strategy, deep wisdom and a connection with the Earth. PART II: THE MIND AND PHYSICS Traversing the Shapes of Experience: Perception unfolding as a grand illusion; and thought forms framed as geometry. PART III: INSTANT PHYSICS Surveying a timeless universe: A radical new paradigm of physics based on conjoining geometry and ancient wisdom.

Space and time has always been the great defining boundary of scientific understanding. This book takes you beyond that boundary by mingling the magic and wisdom from ancient societies with the hard science of today's technical world. It does this with a philosophical vision based on the world views of Native Americans, Neolithic Hawaiians, the original people of Tibet and the Buddha's teachings. This book asserts that modern science is incomplete and then posits, a ?theory of grand totality? that combines spirituality, quantum physics and philosophy. The premise is that all of the stuff of the world'according to our senses'is simply not there. It's only a point of view. The point of view includes all phenomenal objects and all forms of energy'as well as cognition, emotions, the laws of physics, the flow of time, the individuated self and causality. All of this exists, but in a much different fashion than how we typically understand. Beyond the Box of Space and Time deconstructs physics as we know it, and reassembles it as a new paradigm that includes the mind. Within it the flow of time is a 2000+ year old metric not based on the movement of the stars or planets.

This monograph details a new solution to an old problem of metaphysics. It presents an improved version of Ostrich Nominalism to solve the Problem of Universals. This innovative approach allows one to resolve the different formulations of the Problem, which represents an important meta-metaphysical achievement. In order to accomplish this ambitious task, the author appeals to the notion and logic of ontological grounding. Instead of defending Quine’s original principle of ontological commitment, he proposes the principle of grounded ontological commitment. This represents an entirely new application of grounding. Some metaphysicians regard Ostrich Nominalism as a rejection of the problem rather than a proper solution to it. To counter this, the author presents solutions for each of the formulations. These include: the problem of predication, the problem of abstract reference, and the One Over Many as well as the Many Over One and the Similar but Different variants. This book will appeal to anyone interested in contemporary metaphysics. It will also serve as an ideal resource to scholars working on the history of philosophy. Many will recognize in the solution insights resembling those of traditional philosophers, especially of the Middle Ages.

Discover the wonderful secret the Earth holds for us-that the stars of the galaxy live on our planet. Holograms of high-magnitude stars over holy mountains. Physical travel to other planets through stargates on the Earth's surface. Near instantaneous transportation across the planet through quick-way portals. Outrageous science fiction or sober geomantic fact? Earth Mysteries researcher Richard Leviton takes you on a wild tour of three geomantic features of our planet and reveals that what science fiction has dreamed the Earth in fact offers us. Stars on the Earth combines scholarship, clairvoyance, and field experience with the latest discoveries of geology and astrophysics and the timeless insights of the world's myths to open the planetary door to the stars. It's all part of the Earth's unsuspected but staggeringly rich endowment as a designer planet. Our planet was precisely designed and implemented for us, and it's equipped with a visionary geography that mirrors features of the galaxy and Heavens. Why are so many of the Earth's mountains said to be holy, producing visions and encounters with the "gods?" They all have canopies of light called domes, each transmitting the presence of a galactic star. What is the geomantic origin of the Bermuda Triangle? Two dysfunctional stargates. If working properly, they and the Earth's other two million stargates could transport us rapidly to other planets. Is there a way to travel quickly across the planet without using cars, airplanes, boats, or trains? Yes, and it's called a traversable wormhole, and the Earth has thousands of them awaiting our discovery and use. Come join the tour of a planet you've never seen before: our own star-infused Earth.

This book explores various explanatory frameworks for paranormal encounters. It opens with the story of an inexplicable human figure seen crossing a secluded hotel corridor, interpreted as a ghost by the sole witness. The subsequent chapters explore the three most important historical perspectives accounting for this and other types of paranormal experience. Each perspective is examined from first principles, with specific reference to what happened in the corridor, how it happened, why it happened, and who might be responsible. The first perspective considers the experience to be legitimate – to be something real – and various possibilities are presented that are grounded in the paranormal and parapsychological literature, among which a “ghost” is one putative explanation. In turn, the second perspective treats the experience as being wholly illegitimate. With reference to psychological theory, the ghost sighting is a product of erroneous consciousness. The third perspective is different yet again, and considers the sighting to be authentic, but argues that explaining the ghost requires a radical departure from conventional models of reality and consciousness. By contrasting these three paths, the book provides a valuable resource for readers interested in the philosophical and psychological origins of explanations for paranormal experiences, from the 19th century to the present. It will appeal to general readers in addition to students and scholars of parapsychology, anomalistic psychology, and consciousness studies.
