In the Book of Proverbs 14:12, God says "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death." This statement is so important to us that God repeated it verbatim in Proverbs 16:25 "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death." Not every way you see is God's way! And any way that is not God's way is an unsafe way to follow or take. Why? Because it will not take you to the right end but will always lead to death.There are so many sick people today all over the world who have taken the way that seems right to them to secure healing and have ended up dead because that way is not God's way.For instance, in The Bible, King Asa followed a way that seemed right to him when he was sick and died because it was not God's way. "And in the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa became diseased in his feet, and his malady was severe; yet in his disease he did not seek the LORD, but the physicians. So, Asa rested with his fathers; he died in the forty-first year of his reign." 2Chronicles 16:12-13. Again, we are told of another King who followed a way that seemed right to him when he was sick and died also. "Now Ahaziah fell through the lattice of his upper room in Samaria, and was injured; so, he sent messengers and said to them, "Go, inquire of Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron, whether I shall recover from this injury." But the angel of the LORD said to Elijah the Tishbite, "Arise, go up to meet the messengers of the king of Samaria, and say to them, 'Is it because there is no God in Israel that you are going to inquire of Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron?' "Now therefore, thus says the LORD: 'You shall not come down from the bed to which you have gone up, but you shall surely die.'" So, Elijah departed. Then he said to him, "Thus says the LORD: 'Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron, is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of His word? Therefore, you shall not come down from the bed to which you have gone up, but you shall surely die.'" So Ahaziah died according to the word of the LORD which Elijah had spoken. 2Kings 1:2-4,16-17.Billions of people have died sick worldwide because they do not know the Ways God Heals!
