The stirring and thoughtful lecture Mr. Ranade delivered at Amraoti before the opening f the National Social Conference there towards the end of 1897 summarizes not only the results of Social Reform throughout India in that year (1897), but also his views on this interesting subject in his usual fluent and vigorous language.
