The title page would, therefore, have contained the joint names of her bulband and herfelf, if this mode of appearing before the Public, befides being thought by that relative a greater acknow ledgement than was due to his {hare of the work, had not fecmed liable to the impu tation of a defign to attraa: attention by extraordinary novelty. It is, however, ne cefl'ary to her own fatisfaétion, that fome notice fhould be taken of. This aflifiance. She may, therefore, be permitted to intrude.
