Where a township votes bonds in aid of a railroad to be built between designated points, and the statute limits the amount to $4000 per mile of track laid, the company is entitled to bonds, not to exceed the statutory limit for all the main line and side tracks built which are necessary for the efficient operation of the railroad between the points designated.
