How things can change over 100 years. From a fledgling department in 1916 to a massive management operation in 2016, the National Park Service oversees 400+ park units, for the enjoyment by all. To celebrate the centennial anniversary I created a plan to walk, hike, drive, and fly to 100 parks. The excitement of the odyssey pushed me to a final count of 117.
