The meeting was called to order by the President, on whose motion philip hone. Esq., was called to the chair. The minutes of the last general meeting of the Association were read and approved. The Treasurer presented his Report of the Receipts and Expenditures of the past year, which was accepted. The President read the Annual Report of the Board of Direction, which was adopted, and ordered to be printed.
