This dictionary is based on the Saudi Capital Markets Authority's Amended Glossary of Defined Terms with additions of defined terms as found in the thirty-six other Saudi securities laws. The Amended Glossary is unfortunately, in no way comprehensive. Definitions are found throughout the other thirty-six laws, usually, but not always, at the beginning of each legal text. Given that some of these laws are in excess of one hundred pages and even contain their own tables of contents, it is not altogether surprising that the draftsmen of each law would take it upon themselves to draft their own list of terms which play a prominent role in their discrete legislative work. A more comprehensive work was needed, one bringing all the definitions together in one place. This dictionary modestly proposes to fill this need. The dictionary is a companion text to the single volume Saudi Securities Laws, a comprehensive collection of all Saudi securities laws.

The Model Rules of Professional Conduct provides an up-to-date resource for information on legal ethics. Federal, state and local courts in all jurisdictions look to the Rules for guidance in solving lawyer malpractice cases, disciplinary actions, disqualification issues, sanctions questions and much more.
