This follows the approach recommended in our report on the form and accessibility of the law in Wales, and forms a key part of the Assembly's pilot project of codification. The result of this exercise will contribute to the emergence in due course of a planning bill that will replace all or part of more than 25 Acts of Parliament and of the Assembly.
