I often laugh when I think about leading the next generation, really the current generation! It is difficult! They are different! Honestly, I have to assume I am part of the collective "generation" that we so often refer to as "the hard ones". I have four college degrees that may seem fancy, but everything I have to offer came from personal experience in the trenches leading a team.
