Contexte : La Suisse a reconnu la nécessité de passer de l'éducation spécialisée à l'école ordinaire pour tous et toutes et le canton de Vaud promeut l'inclusion des enfants à besoins spéciaux dans l'école ordinaire. Permettre la participation d'un·e élève à l'école, étant un lieu de vie, quels que soient ses besoins de soutien, est un objectif important en ergothérapie. Buts : Ce travail vise à mettre en évidence les interventions en ergothérapie ayant favorisé l'inclusion scolaire d'enfants à besoins spéciaux. Méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative et descriptive basée sur quatre entretiens semi-structurés de parents d'enfants à besoins spéciaux scolarisé·e·s ou ayant été scolarisé·e·s en école ordinaire. Les résultats des entretiens ont été catégorisés en quatre thèmes principaux regroupant les déterminants que les parents ont perçus comme ayant favorisé l'inclusion en milieu scolaire ordinaire de leur enfant. Résultats : Les analyses d'entretiens ont permis d'identifier quatre principaux déterminants ayant favorisé l'inclusion scolaire : la collaboration et le partenariat entre l'ergothérapeute et les divers·es professionnel·le·s entourant l'enfant ainsi qu'avec l'école, l'intervention à plusieurs niveaux de l'ergothérapeute en milieu scolaire, la famille en tant qu'alliée principale dans le processus d'inclusion ainsi que la possibilité de soutenir l'enfant en classe. Conclusion : Cette étude souligne l'importance de la collaboration avec l'école et du partenariat avec les familles pour une inclusion scolaire réussie. L'intervention de l'ergothérapeute est perçue comme facteur favorisant ce lien entre la famille et les différent·e·s professionnel·le·s. La reconnaissance des parents en tant que membres actifs indispensables à l'inclusion scolaire de leur enfant permet un soutien plus approprié de celui ou celle-ci. La transparence et la communication entre tous·tes les professionnel·le·s, l'école et les parents sont des éléments fondateurs du partenariat. [Résumé des auteures].
