Engineering technology is of crucial importance to the infrastructure on which modern societies depend, and keeping abreast of the latest research and developments in the field is of vital importance. A total of 275 submissions were received from international contributors, and all were subjected to a rigorous peer-review process, with each paper reviewed by a minimum of two experts. Papers were also checked for quality and plagiarism, after which, 163 papers were accepted for presentation and publication.
