One suggestion we propose to give immediate effect to. It is this. We propose to purchase, at wholesale prices in the city, materials for our country societies, in order to save them the labor and increased expense of purchasing in their smaller markets. _when inconvenient for one society to purchase by the wholesale, two or more neighboring societies might club together for this purpose.
