The Final RI/FS report addendum is provided under Contract No. F41624-94-D-8046-0004, between the U.S. Air Force Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. The purpose of this report is to describe field activities conducted in August 1995, evaluate analytical results from the sampling activities, and describe changes in conclusions or recommendations to the final RI/FS submitted in October 1995. The IRP source areas that were investigated are as follows: SS02, OT08, SS09, SS10, and SS11. These areas required additional characterization to complete the requirements of the RI/FS. The general objective was to characterize contaminant extent and concentrations at the five source areas listed above.
