Traditionally researchers have pointed to the problems of socio-economic factors in addressing adoption. In order to develop a more robust model that is reliable, stable and consistent, the significant variables in the different components models from socio-economic, demographic, institutional and technology perception were pooled together in this work. The use of a multivariate Tobit regression model was useful in achieving this goal. This approach circumvent the method of elimination of all variables with theoretical a priori 'wrong' signs and high ratio of the estimated coefficient to their standard errors.
