It is as dangerous and deadly, as a ricocheting bullet. Obinna Chukwubuikem Diony Anejionu, a lecturer with the University of Nigeria Nsukka was born in Nigeria in a family of six. He is a graduate of Geoinformatics and Surveying, from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where he also obtained a Masters Degree in Hydrographic Surveying.
