It is a Small volume Of some forty pages and contains the names Of the Members Of Congress, with home and Washington addresses; the assignments Of Members to committees; the names and local addresses Of the heads Of the executive departments; an imperfect list Of American ministers in foreign countries, and an alphabetical list Of Washington boarding houses. This publication with others similar appeared from time to time, as the succeeding sessions Of Congress were held.
